ESREF 2026 is the leading European symposium on the reliability of electronic components, failure physics and failure analysis. The conference brings together international experts from academia and industry and showcases the latest advances in micro- and nanoelectronics, including reliability assessment, failure analysis, power electronics, photonics, MEMS/sensor technology and electronics for extreme environments. It is hosted by TU Wien.
